  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align social media communications with the brands messaging.
  • Analyze customer feedback and social media interactions to identify trends and recommend improvements.

  • Stay updated on social media best practices and trends to provide informed support and insights.

      • Fluent in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
