Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to Finnishspeaking clients regarding the online streaming service through phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with account inquiries, subscription issues, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Guide users on how to navigate the streaming platform and access content.
  • Resolve complaints and issues quickly and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and keep track of followup actions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to address and resolve more complex customer issues.
  • Stay uptodate with the latest features and offerings of the streaming service to provide knowledgeable assistance.
    • Requirements

      • Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
      • Experience in customer service, preferably in the entertainment or technology sector.
      • Strong understanding of online streaming services and digital media.
      • Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing a great customer experience.
      • Proficiency in customer support software and standard office applications.
      • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work under pressure.
      • Flexibility to work various hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
