Job Description

The Field Service Representative (MWD) is a professional service provider in the
hydrocarbon and petrochemical industry focusing on chemical process and water
related treatments. She or he provides onsite services at our major accounts in
Germany, acting mainly in Lower Saxony, Hamburg and North RhineWestphalia,
occasionally supporting the wider DCH region.

Essential responsibilities
The following activities are a guideline; others can be part of the job scope:

  • Comply with integrity and safety as required by Veolia policies
  • Report all work related accidents (including vehicle), diseases, dangerous occurrences, near misses, incidents and damage to property to Line Manager and EHS Manager, preferably through Gensuite.
  • Perform onsite chemical testing and program followup. Customer reportingData processing with the use of our InSight platform. First line trouble shooting for Cooling, Boiler, Water & Waste and Industrial process treatment applications
  • Frequent review of agreed Key Performance Indicators with the customer in close cooperation with the Account Manager
  • Execute Site Surveys, Equipment Start up and Commissioning
  • Management of RepairsMaintenancewarranty. Minor assembly operations, as required
  • Retain strong verbal and written contact with different levels within the customers organization
  • Support costing of contracts.
  • Follow and conduct technical trainings
  • Fulfill Piloting and Field trials when required. Project coordination
  • Participate in the local team meetings to share best practices
  • Manage differentiating sales initiatives and execute our strategy

      QualificationsRequirements
      ● Service oriented, external focus
      ● Experience andor interest in waterprocess treatment is a plus
      ● Strong flexibility and problemsolving skills
      ● Competence with Google Suite and VEOLIA IT tools is a must
      ● A B.Sc. or higher degree with a chemical background
      ● Good communications skills (written, verbal, and listening)
      ● Ability to be a team player
      ● Selfinitiative and motivation with the ability to work independently
      ● Fluent German, intermediate English is a must
      ● Driving license
