• ABOUT THE ROLE

  We’re looking for a bold and entrepreneurial Founding Full Stack Engineer to take the lead in building our enterprise product ecosystem from the ground up. This is a highimpact opportunity to shape the architecture, systems, and interfaces of our agentic AI platform, with a strong focus on automation and deep API integrations powered by large language models (LLMs).

  You’ll play a critical role in delivering fullstack solutions for industry verticals like field sales and healthcare, while working closely with global teams across product, research, hardware, and gotomarket. From earlystage concepts to deployed enterprise systems, youll help turn vision into reality at every layer of the stack.

  WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Take ownership of the full technical execution of our enterprise product roadmap driving development from backend to frontend while keeping customer needs and company priorities in sync.

  • Lead our agentic platform through its entire lifecycle, from earlystage prototyping to enterprisescale launch, with clear milestones that ensure strong productmarket alignment.

  • Design and build secure, scalable automation workflows and API integrations that enhance functionality and deliver seamless user experiences without compromising on privacy, quality, or trust.

  • Explore and apply the latest advancements in AI and LLMs to strengthen the intelligence and adaptability of our platform.

  • Translate complex technical vision into clear direction for stakeholders at every level, including executives, teammates, and nontechnical partners.

  • Help shape the team by recruiting exceptional talent, mentoring engineers, and championing a handson culture of innovation, ownership, and execution.

  • Collaborate fluidly across time zones and functions bridging U.S. and global teams to move quickly and stay aligned.

  • WHAT YOU WILL BRING

    • Hands on builder: 3+ years of experience in professional software development, ideally in building and scaling enterprise solutions.

    • Our tech stack: Experience with Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, or similar technology.

    • Frontend skills foundation: Possess development skills for VueReact, HTMLCSSJavaScript, Canvas APIWebGLGLSL.

    • Infrastructure: Familiar with cloudbased infrastructure like Azure, AWS, or GCP.

    • Proven track record: Experience envisioning and delivering an effectively zero to one product to enterprise customers.

    • Passionate about AI: A deep understanding of LLMs, their capabilities, limitations, and potential applications.

    • Technical depth: Demonstrated proficiency in a variety of technologies with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and languages.

    • Ownership: Ideal candidate will have previously been the first technical lead at an early stage high growth startup, with an emphasis on owning a project from conception to deployment.

    • Inspirational vision: Strong leadership and teambuilding skills with a collaborative approach.

    • Structured thinker: Excellent strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities.

    • Academic achievement: Bachelors or Master’s degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline).

      • Interested in agentic enterprise software, SaaS, AI, and LLMs.

      • Solid understanding of core application security concepts and threat mitigation strategies.

      • Experience with FFmpegWebRTCWebAudio.

      • Proficiency in mobile development technologies, including Flutter, Android, iOS, and others.
