ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a HR Intern, heshe will have to provide assistance to our HR department in day to day operations. Heshe will assist the HR Department in various tasks including recruitment, selection, orientation and employee training and development. Ultimately, an outstanding HR intern should be detailoriented and able to demonstrate excellent administrative and organizational skills.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
Screening potential applicant’s resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies.
Assess training needs to plan and monitor training programs.
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Manage relations with all stakeholders and coordinating with newly hired candidates.
Updating company databases by inputting new stakeholders information and employment details.
Organizing interviews for shortlisted candidates.
Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.
