Proven experience in export/import management within the medical devices sector., Knowledge of DGFT, Customs, ICEGATE, and related government procedures., Understanding of export licenses, authorizations, and banking processes related to international trade., Educational background in logistics, supply chain, or related fields is preferred..

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor all export/import shipments and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies like CHA, transporters, and banks for smooth logistics operations.
  • Handle documentation, licensing, and banking processes related to international trade.
  • Build relationships with shipping partners and ensure timely processing of export/import activities.

Job description

  1. Manage and monitor all exportimport shipments
  2. Working knowledge of DGFTCustom and ICEGATE functions
  3. Working knowledge of Advance authorisation
  4. Working knowledge of EPCG licence apply, maintain and closer process
  5. Working knowledge of export drawbackRoDTape
  6. Working knowledge of closer of EDPMSIDPMS with bank
  7. Coordination with purchasedispatch team and salemarketing team for importexport of goods
  8. Coordinating with internal departments for LC drafts and sharing the same with supplier.
  9. Follow up with CHA for clearance of container, checking of Check list ,Follow up will container is cleared.
  10. Coordinating with Transporter for placement of vehicles, follow up till delivery.
  11. Responsible for all compliances with licenses, banking, DGFT and customs.
  12. Handling various INCOTERMS like FOB, CIF, DDP, DDU, DemurrageDetention etc.
  13. Build relationships with leading shipping forwarders and shipping lines for preferred rates for the company’s export markets.
  14. Laisoning for all importexport activities including inland ports, CHA, transporters, banks, marketing, purchase and plant team.
  15. Timely processing of EXIM bills, month end provisions and complete accounting
  16. Keeping track of all government policies of India and countries we are dealing with for EXIM with respect to FTA’s,RoDTape , Duty drawbacks.
