Roles & Responsibilities

Proficiency with Azure Data & Analytics PaaS Services such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, and Azure Synapse Analytics.
Experience with database technologies including SQL, NoSQL, Hadoop, and MongoDB.
Skills in scripting and automation using Azure ARM templates, PowerShell, and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of data architecture patterns like Lambda and Kappa, and familiarity with Master Data Management and Data Quality tools.

Requirements:

Leading discussions with clients to understand technology requirements.
Assessing existing solution architectures and designing overall solution architecture.
Evaluating solution components to select the optimal technology stack.
Preparing project roadmaps, requirement documents, and managing project execution.

Job description

JD :

1. Leading client discussion on technology requirements

2. Assessment of the existing solution architecture & technology stack visàvis the requirements

3. Designing the overall solution architecture based on client requirements

4. Evaluating various solution components to arrive at the optimal technology stack

5. Preparing roadmap for implementation of the solution architecture

6. Requirement gathering, preparing BRD FSD, gap analysis document

7. Preparing project plan & effort estimation

8. Project management

Technology Requirements:

1. Experience with Azure ARM templates, PowerShell and CICD using Azure DevOps

2. Ability to conduct data profiling, cataloguing, and mapping for technical design and construction of technical data flows

3. Experience with different database technologies (e.g., SQL database(s), NoSQL such as Hadoop, MongoDB, Redis, etc.

4. Experience with exposing data to endusers via Power BI, Azure API Apps.

5. Knowledge of Azure Data & Analytics PaaS Services: Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Databricks, Azure IoT, Azure HDInsight + Spark, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Databricks, Azure Stream Analytics and Azure SQL DB

6. Knowledge of Lambda and Kappa architecture patterns and Mastery of SQL

7. Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Quality tools
