  • Guide customers through the features and benefits of ecommerce tools to enhance their user experience.
  • Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with team members to share insights and improve service quality.
  • Engage in training and development opportunities to enhance your product knowledge and technical skills.
  • Provide constructive feedback aimed at improving customer service processes.
    • Requirements

      • Fluent in Polish and English, both written and verbal.
      • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen interest in technology.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Experience in customer service or technical support is advantageous but not essential.
      • Adept at working in a collaborative, fastpaced environment.
