Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to Dutchspeaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with queries related to flight reservations, cancellations, and general travel information.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for tracking and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex inquiries efficiently.
  • Stay updated on aviation policies, travel regulations, and product offerings to inform and assist customers.
  • Contribute to team goals and service improvements through collaboration and feedback.
    • Requirements

      • Fluency in Dutch and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
      • Passion for the aviation industry and customer service.
      • Strong problemsolving abilities and a detailoriented approach.
      • Prior experience in customer support or within the aviation sector is preferred.
      • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
      • Proactive mindset with a customercentric attitude.
