Responsibilities
  • Deliver highquality technical support to Dutchspeaking customers through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the companys range of products and services efficiently.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and solve complex technical concerns.
  • Carefully document customer interactions and technical issues in the CRM system.
  • Participate in continuous training to enhance your product knowledge and improve support skills.
  • Provide valuable feedback and suggestions to improve support processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in onboarding and training new team members as needed.
    • Requirements

      • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
      • Strong technical aptitude and problemsolving skills.
      • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
      • Prior experience in technical support or IT is a plus but not mandatory.
      • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and processes.
      • A teamoriented approach with a genuine enthusiasm for helping others.
      • Willingness to relocate to Greece and adjust to a new cultural environment.
