For early phase studies through Phase IV clinical trials, our experienced team delivers hightouch services and technology to ensure the safety of all stakeholders across the clinical research community with an emphasis on ethics, compliance, and innovation.


Job Title: Director, Business Development

Function: Commercial, FullService Clinical and eClinical Sales

Location: US Remote



DESCRIPTION:

In partnership with Sitero leadership, Clinical Operations, Marketing, and Commercial, we are searching for a proven Business Development professional to promote Sitero’s Full Service Clinical Operations and eClinical suite of products throughout the Pharma and Biotech customer base in the East Coast region of the United States. Your time will be spent with Sites, Sponsors, Biotechs, and pharmaceutical companies who support a variety of processes within the Clinical Trial space. This positions focus will be on both netnew logo wins as well as farming existing accounts to grow the accounts from the inside.


Job Overview:


  • Work within a defined territory to generate and qualify new leads and opportunities
  • Grow existing accounts and relationships within Siteros house accounts that will be assigned
  • Utilize our CRM tool and successfully track your outreach, meetings, contracts, and closes throughout the sales cycle
  • Attend conferences and represent Siteros Clinical and eClinical products
  • Research and develop a plan for breaking into your assigned territory
  • Partner closely with marketing on GTM
  • Build trusted relationships with prospective customers, understand their needs and recommend the right Sitero solutionsproducts
  • Proven track record of surpassing or attaining sales goals

    • Requirements and Qualification:


      • 4year degree from an accredited college or university required
      • 4+ years of outside sales experience in clinical research. Clinical Trial knowledge and experience required.
      • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
      • Selfstarter, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take initiative
      • Highly organized, can manage time and multiple priorities effectively
      • Team player. Able to take accountability and direction
      • Valid driver’s license with clean MVR
      • Strong knowledge and experience of sales databases such as Salesforce, pipelining, and cold calling to create new business
      • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
      • Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time. May involve significant drivingflying to manage the territory

          Full Time, Permanent


          COMMITMENTS:

          • Standard Hours 40 hours per week, one hour lunch, Monday – Friday. Additional hours as needed.
          • Willing to work in shifts as and when needed.
