We are looking for Dutch After Sales Consultants to work in Greece (remotely all over Greece) for the world’s largest multinational technology company that designs, manufactures, and markets smartphones, tablets, personal computers (PCs), software (iOS and MacOS) portable and wearable devices!

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for all the Dutchspeaking customers
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide iOS software troubleshooting for mobile devices (mobile phones, tablets & more)
  • Assist customers to managesecure their account ID & passwords
  • Resolve customers’ online store postsales requests
  • Deliver highquality support and handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions
  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts
    • Requirements

      • Nativelevel or nearnative level in Dutch
      • B2 level in English
      • Tech savvy, curious and problemsolving acumen
      • Familiar with iOS andor MacOS, or comparable technology, is preferred
      • Able to identify technical issues and suggest immediate solutions to clients
      • Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
      • High School Diploma holder
      • Flexible to work night shifts weekend shifts (if applicable)
      • Prior customer support experience would be an advantage
