What Were Looking For

We are looking for a handson Engineering Manager to lead and coach a team of stellar Software Engineers for some of our products and platforms. The ideal candidate will have a technical background as Software Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Operations of a crossfunctional engineering team (3050%)

  • Ensure team health and performance across various metrics (Team & Org Health, QualityofService, ProductBusiness, Dev Performance, Data Quality, Cost).

  • Proactively identify and address risks and blockers.

  • Drive improvements in practices, processes, and ways of working.

  • Support team growth through onboarding, feedback, coaching, and performance management.

  • Oversee the hiring process for the team.

    • Strategy, Planning, and Alignment (4050%)

      • Align team vision, mission, and strategy with Product Manager(s).

      • Collaborate with Product and Project Managers on goal setting, roadmap planning, and execution.

      • Align teams on strategy and manage stakeholder expectations.

        • Designing & Building Software (020%)

          • Stay close to technical details to lead operations and ensure quality.

          • Participate in system design, architecture reviews, and key technical decisions without being on the critical path of delivery.

            • Required skills:

              • Proven impact as an Engineering Manager or equivalent role, leading crossfunctional engineering teams.

              • Passion for simplicity, efficiency, and enhanced performance with a pragmatic approach.

              • Strong skills in managing partnerships and resolving conflicts.

              • Expertise in addressing technologyrelated challenges similar to those faced by our team.

              • Robust background in technical fundamentals, including Software EngineeringDevOpsCloud Solutions.

              • Ability to manage engineering teams and scale system components worldwide.

              • Structured, analytical approach with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks.

              • Excellent problemsolving abilities.

              • Professional working proficiency in English.
