About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide direct support to our CEO. This role is critical in ensuring seamless communication, efficient task management, and optimal use of the CEO’s time. The ideal candidate is detailoriented, thrives in a fastpaced environment, and possesses excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Core Executive Support & Communication

  • Attend all CEO calls, providing realtime support and ensuring seamless communication.

  • Document key decisions, action items, and followups with meticulous call notes.

  • Anticipate the CEOs needs during calls and respond swiftly and accurately.

    • Proactive FollowUp & Task Management

      • Track and manage all CEO action items, ensuring timely completion and followup.

      • Prioritize and organize tasks, proactively identifying deadlines and potential roadblocks.

      • Maintain a robust system for tracking and reporting the status of ongoing projects.

        • Professional Communication & Correspondence

          • Draft and manage all CEO correspondence, including emails, letters, and reports.

          • Manage and curate the CEOs LinkedIn presence, including responding to messages and drafting posts.

          • Ensure all communication maintains a professional tone and adheres to high U.S. English standards.

            • Calendar & Schedule Management

              • Maintain and oversee the CEO’s complex calendar, scheduling meetings and travel arrangements.

              • Resolve scheduling conflicts efficiently, ensuring optimal time management.

              • Provide timely reminders and updates for upcoming appointments and deadlines.
