Job description

  1. To respond to customer queries via Chats, Emails and Calls.
  2. Refer to customer queries recorded on Fresh Desk software as and when required for better response.
  3. To categorise queries recorded on Ozontel appropriately for better reference.
  4. Maintain excel sheets for Abandoned calls, Cash on Delivery orders, Cancelled orders and Missed calls
  5. Track Cash on Delivery orders for proper delivery.
  6. Provide product size tips to online business division before the product launch on website.
  7. Provide product features & details to Marketing and Content team for new product launch.
  8. Follow up of NDR (Non Delivered Report) with internal teams and customers.
  9. Maintain discount codes for marketing promotions and providing to dissatisfied customers due to defective products.
  10. Respond to Shipway Reviews (Tresmode review page) to build better customer experience.
