Minimum 6 years of experience in data migration or related roles.
Proficiency in ETL tools, preferably MS SQL-based.
Strong understanding of data analysis, mapping, and transfer processes.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with UK clients.

The Data Migration specialist will form part of a team responsible for leading on a data migration programme
Overseeing and ensuring delivery of all aspects of data analysis, mapping, and transfer.
Owning the quality of the migrated data and the validity of the migration processes and operation.
Should have working knowledge of using ETL tools (preferably based around MS SQL). ETL represents Extract, Transform and Load,
which is a cycle used to gather data from different sources, change the data relying upon business rulesneeds and burden the
information into an objective data set.
Understand and resolve user queries over MS Teams, Zoom, etc.
Prioritising the requests with users to meet the defined SLA’s.
Documenting ticket resolutions and responses for client as well as internal teams.
Experience working with UK customers will be an added advantage.
Heshe will be reporting into the client directly
Proficient in English speaking and good communication skills to manage face to face interaction with users and stakeholders.
