Proven experience in SAP data migration across core modules like FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, QM.
Experience as a Data Migration Lead for S/4HANA implementations, handling SAP and non-SAP legacy systems.
Strong knowledge of data migration objects, techniques, and related tables and dependencies.
Proficiency in data migration tools such as RDM, MST, HANA Data Migration Workbench, and BODS.
Requirements:
Lead data migration activities, including strategy development and execution.
Coordinate with offshore and onsite teams for data transformation, mapping, and uploads.
Ensure timely delivery of data migration tasks and key decision-making.
Communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders across multiple time zones.

A manager level person with sound experience within SAP data migration covering all core modules such as FI CO MM SD PP QM SD At least one Implementation Data lead for S4 HANA covering core modules and Data migration from SAP and Non SAP ERP legacy systems Must have good knowledge of Data migration objects migration techniques related tables and their dependency for all Core SAP Modules Must be proficient in diff data migration packages such as RDM MST HANA data migration workbench Data transformation using BODS etc Must be able to make key deliverables such as Data Migration strategy finalize data Conversion transformation methods requirement Must be able to lead the data migration team from offshore such as Conversion Transformation Mapping Upload Should be able to coordinate with onsite function data leads for any key decision inputs and business leads for all information pertaining to data Flexible to work in multiple time zones as per project requirement Must be good in both written and verbal communication and team leading skills
