• 8 to 10 year of IT Infrastructure Support experience with minimum 3 to 4 years of experience managing the Couchbase database
• Improve service reliability through blameless postincident reviews and using code to prevent or respond to problem recurrence.
• Recognize automation opportunities.
• Plug into the software release cycle. Work closely with developers to ensure software releases are well planned, implemented, released, and monitored.
• ITIL certification is a plus.
• Tier 3 Engineer attempt to duplicate problems and define root causes, using product designs, code, or specifications.
• Provide Guidance on the full cycle of cloud based solutions including tools, technologies , and best practices for development , deployment, and maintenance of cloud hosted services. Additional Comments: Couchbase and MongoDB Database Admins.
