Responsibilities
  • Offer exceptional technical support to Danishspeaking clients using HealthTech products through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues related to health technology applications.
  • Educate clients on product features and functionalities, ensuring they have the knowledge for optimal use in a healthcare setting.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with product development and technical teams to escalate issues and provide valuable user feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Engage in proactive followups with clients to ensure thorough resolution of their issues and to enhance user satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product improvements, and advancements in health technology to better serve client needs.
    • Requirements

      • Fluency in Danish and English, with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
      • Previous experience in a customer support role, particularly within the health technology or healthcare sector.
      • Strong technical troubleshooting skills and familiarity with health technology applications.
      • Excellent customer service skills, with a strong capacity to empathize with clients.
      • Proficiency with remote support tools and experience using CRM systems is a plus.
      • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and effectively manage multiple tasks.
