Responsibilities
  • Provide highquality support to Danishspeaking customers through various social media channels, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Monitor social media platforms to ensure timely responses to comments, messages, and questions from users.
  • Engage proactively with customers to create a positive atmosphere and enhance brand loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure communications are aligned with the brands voice and messaging.
  • Analyze customer interactions and feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements to services and products.
  • Assist in producing engaging and relevant social media content targeted at the Danishspeaking audience.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in social media and customer service best practices to enhance support strategies.
    • Requirements

      • Fluent in Danish and English, possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills.
      • Previous experience in social media support, community management, or customer service is preferred.
      • Strong understanding of various social media platforms and effective user engagement strategies.
      • Exceptional problemsolving abilities and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
      • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fastpaced environment.
      • Familiarity with social media analytics tools is an asset.
