Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is eager to find a dedicated Danish Speaking Tier 1 Support Agent to join our team. This position is tailored for individuals who thrive in customer service and wish to assist our Danishspeaking clients. As a Tier 1 Support Agent, you will be responsible for offering initial support and ensuring a seamless customer experience.


Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries from Danishspeaking clients through phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues, providing effective solutions or escalating issues as necessary.
  • Communicate clear and precise information about our products, services, and policies.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in the support management system.
  • Guide customers in understanding product features and provide useful tips to enhance their usage.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Keep abreast of company products, updates, and industry trends to effectively support customers.
    • Requirements

      • Fluency in Danish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
      • Prior experience in customer service or support roles is advantageous.
      • Excellent problemsolving skills and a customerfirst attitude.
      • Capaable of thriving in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
      • Experience with support ticketing systems and CRM tools is a plus.
      • Detailoriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
      • A positive approach to customer service and a genuine desire to help clients.
