Responsibilities
  • Deliver topquality support to Danishspeaking customers through remote communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot a broad range of technical issues involving software, hardware, and applications.
  • Offer precise guidance and solutions to customers while walking them through troubleshooting processes.
  • Document all support interactions accurately, maintaining comprehensive records in the support management system.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex problems effectively.
  • Ensure followup with clients to confirm the resolution of their issues and measure satisfaction with the support received.
  • Continuously update knowledge on product information and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support.
    • Requirements

      • Fluency in Danish and English, with strong communication skills both verbally and in writing.
      • Prior experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.
      • Exceptional analytical and problemsolving abilities with effective troubleshooting skills.
      • A strong focus on customer service and excellent interpersonal skills.
      • Experience with remote support tools and customer management systems is advantageous.
