Responsibilities
  • Offer excellent technical support to Danishspeaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Guide customers in utilizing product features and best practices effectively.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Conduct followups with customers to ensure complete satisfaction with the solutions provided.
  • Stay updated on product changes and industry trends to provide relevant and informed support.
    • Requirements

      • Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
      • Prior experience in technical support or customer service is highly desirable.
      • Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting capabilities.
      • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical problemsolving skills.
      • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer experience.
      • Experience with CRM systems and remote support tools is advantageous.
      • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
