Responsibilities
  • Deliver highquality technical assistance to Danishspeaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and technical issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and technical problems in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve complex technical challenges.
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and improve your support capabilities.
  • Provide feedback to the team to improve processes and elevate customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with onboarding and training new team members as needed.

      • Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
      • Strong technical troubleshooting skills and problemsolving abilities.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Prior experience in technical support or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
