Job Profile:
Identify, attract, and hire toplevel executives and senior leaders for our organization. You will work closely with the leadership team, HR partners, and other stakeholders to understand the talent needs of the organization and develop effective strategies to attract and select the best candidates.
Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire toplevel
executives, including sourcing, screening, assessing, and selecting candidates.
Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including direct sourcing, networking, social media, and
partnerships with executive search firms, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ leadership skills,
experience, cultural fit, and potential for success in senior leadership positions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a positive candidate
experience throughout the hiring process.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as HR partners, hiring managers, and interview
panels, to align on candidate requirements and selection criteria.
Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including
interview training, candidate evaluation, and offer negotiation.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovative sourcing techniques for executive level hiring, and share knowledge and insights with the talent acquisition team.
