Job description

We are Looking for a Director Marketing for a Series A Funded Global SaaS Platform.

Job Profile:
Developing and implementing a cohesive marketing strategy and plan to increase brand
awareness.
Identify and plan impactful marketing strategiesmaterials with more emphasis on Digital
Marketing.
Build, manage and coach a highperforming marketing team.
Drive the implementation of marketing campaigns that meet business objectives and drive
leads.
Collaborate with market researchers and analysts to gather customer insights.
Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth.
Build relationships with media and stakeholders through creative PR strategies.
Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of the company’s objectives and marketing budget.
Monitor all marketing campaigns and improvise where necessary.
Direct and support market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data for
short and longterm market forecasts and reports
Identify competitors and evaluate their strategies and positioning and devise counterstrategies.
Work closely with the sales department to align sales and marketing strategies.

Requirement:
Overall 15+ years of experience with at 3+ years in leadership role.
Experience in driving Global marketing strategy for a B2B SaaS Product Company.
Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or similar relevant field.
Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
In depth knowledge of market research.
Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success.
Critical thinker and problemsolving skills.
Great interpersonal and communication skills
