Reporting to: Deployment Engineering Team Leader

Location: SydneyMelbourne, Australia (Home office)

Responsibilities:

Responsible for deploying AlgoSec products at customer sites, including tasks such as installation, configuration, administration, troubleshooting, and providing onthejob training to expedite the customer ROI.

Collaborating closely with the Sales Organization, Technical Support, the International Delivery and R&D teams.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within a softwareservices company.
• Proficiency in LinuxUNIX environments.
• Handson experience with networking devices (e.g., switches, routers), including virtual routing and softwaredefined networking (SDN).
• Expertise in firewall administration and configuration (Checkpoint, Cisco, Palo Alto, Juniper, Fortinet, etc.).
• Experience with Public Cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and understanding of Cloud security fundamentals.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure, meeting deadlines, and handling businesscritical situations.
• Strong customer orientation with the ability to build and maintain trust.
• Problemsolving skills, resultsdriven mindset, and a proactive make it happen attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• A collaborative team player with a pleasant demeanor and high integrity.
• Quick and selflearner with the ability to adapt.
• Willingness to travel Domestically and Internationally up to 20% of the time as needed

• Advantages:
