Job Title: Night Shift Lead – Content Manager (Entertainment & Celebrity Gossip)
Location: Remote (India)
Shift Timing: 7:30 PM – 4:00 AM IST (Aligned to U.S. Time Zones)

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Night Shift Lead (Content Manager) to oversee breaking celebrity gossip coverage, realtime U.S. trends, and live event reactions during the night shift. You will manage a small but fastpaced team of scriptwriters, editors, and outreach specialists to deliver timely, engaging, and platformoptimized content for our global audience.


Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor leading entertainment sources (TMZ, PageSix, DailyMail, TwitterX, Reddit threads, and influencers like DeuxMoi) for breaking gossip and viral trends.

  • Assign hot leads to scriptwriters and editors, ensuring quick turnarounds.

  • Review scripts, approve daily lineups, posts, and oversee content workflow.

  • Prioritize content based on trend spikes and audience interest.

  • Coordinate with U.S.based contributors for exclusive coverage and updates.

  • Manage outreach communication with production houses and external content providers.

  • Perform quality control (QC) on all content before publishing.

  • Share detailed handover reports with performance tracking at the close of each shift.

  • Track and analyze daily content performance to optimize strategy for audience retention.

    • Requirements:

      • 3+ years of editorialcontent management experience in entertainment, celebrity news, or digital media.

      • Strong understanding of U.S. celebrity culture, viral trends, and entertainment news cycles.

      • Proven ability to work in a highpressure, realtime content environment.

      • Excellent leadership skills with prior experience managing small editorial teams.

      • Strong editorial judgment, copy editing skills, and attention to detail.

      • Familiarity with content analytics tools for performance tracking.

      • Comfortable working exclusively in night shifts aligned to U.S. time zones.
