Job Role

• Make outbound calls to customers for various service and sales related campaigns related to Retail Liabilities
• Ensure quality communication and customer service within the laiddown productivity and service benchmarks
• Crosssell various bank products to customers
• Achieve sales conversion and crossselling targets
• Ensure customer satisfaction and consistent service experience, including timely resolution of customer queries and issues

• Job Description

  • Graduate degree
  • At least 12 years of experience with 6 months in a customer service role, understanding of call center industry an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good listening skills and strong communication abilities
  • Flair for Sales
  • Flexible to work 9hour shifts, including scattered 8 Week Offs in a month
  • Selfmotivated and collaborative team player possessing an upbeat, positive cando attitude, working with integrity

  • Desired Candidate Profile

    • Strong technical expertise and previous job experience in customer service and sales
    • Ability to establish quick rapport with peers, managers, and customers
    • Fluent in the local language and ability to speak English
    • Graduate degree in any discipline
    • Certifications related to customer service and sales are preferable
