Job description

Location : Bangalore

Eligibility Criteria:Educational qualification: Diploma or B.EB. Tech in Mechanical
Years of Experience: Diploma with minimum 68years or B.EB. Tech with minimum 34years of relevant
experience
Primary Responsibilities: CAD Cable routing by working with cross functional engineers like Mechanical, Electrical,
Manufacturing, etc. using Creo Cable routing module
 Prepare and participate in design reviews
 Supports manufacturing by documenting and releasing engineering drawings & bills of materials
using Engineering Change Management
 Provides resolution to design and documentation quality issues, Problem Reports Supplier Build
issues.
Mandatory Skills required to performing the job: 4+ years of working experience in Creo Cabling Routing module to route cables using. nwf logical
file from Zuken and create flattening and 1:1 harness drawing in CREO
 Well versed with interpretation of mechanical drawingsspecifications and electrical schematics
 Working knowledge in OEM Component selection (connectors, back shells etc.), design standards
and BoM (Bill of Material) Management.
 Proficiency in essentials of Harness routing from DFX, ACDC isolation, Reliability (use of strain
relief etc.), Components compatibility validations perspective.
Desirable Skills: Experience with documentation standards and Engineering Change Management processes.
 Knowledge of PDM and PLM system like Team center and SAP PLM
 Should have good communication skills (written & verbal) and presentation skill
 Experience with large assemblies routing from semiconductor equipment industryMedical
equipmentAerospace etc
