Roles & Responsibilities

  • Strong understanding of Azure cloud computing and public cloud MSP services.
  • Experience with Azure VM, AVD, WVD, and server technologies in hybrid-cloud environments.
  • Knowledge of Azure infrastructure support, network connectivity, and security services.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.

  • Support and manage Azure cloud infrastructure and services.
  • Coordinate incident resolution and work with internal/external teams.
  • Maintain documentation, stakeholder lists, and track application issues.
  • Propose improvements and ensure compliance with security and governance policies.

Job description

Strong understanding of Azure cloud computingPublic Cloud MSP
Good hold on Cloud VMAVDWVD and Server technologies, including management of services
across a hybridcloud environment
Capable to support Azure infrastructure support including application infrastructure support &
authentication support, cloud network connectivity, expressrouteDX connections.
Strong experience working on Azure VM scaling, network routing & VNET configuration
Gook knowledge on Azure Identity governance, Intersite connectivity and traffic monitoring
Familiarity with Azure blob storage and storage security
Provide assistance on cloud infrastructure security services
Raise Incidents change as per the requirement & work closely with internalexternal teams for
resolution
Strong documentation skills and detailed artifacts producing skills
Maintain all the application support team, vendors contact catalogue
Maintain Key stakeholder distribution lists
Keeps a track of application issues, downtimes in both planned and unplanned maintenances
Schedule periodic process review calls with service desk, application & technical teams and
internal stakeholders
Follows up on all mitigation and avoidance recommendations
Provides improvement (monitoringresponseprocesssoftware) suggestions to HAEA for
approval
Familiarity with the interworking of Web applications and relational databases
Excellent troubleshooting skills on Windows desktops, servers hosted on virtual and cloud
infrastructures
Ability to work efficiently across internalexternal stakeholders and their alliance organizations.
Strong understanding of Azure cloud computing and sound knowledge of AWS preferred
Understanding of Identity Governance policies, Configuring MFA, Conditional Access policies
etc.,
Understanding of Azure licensing and license reporting
Good understanding of EndPoint devices, device management and governance
Ability to produce HLD and LLD for infrastructure performing an assessment
