  • Document customer interactions accurately and ensure timely followup on outstanding queries.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • Stay updated on the latest content, features, and industry trends to offer knowledgeable assistance.
  • Gather customer feedback to contribute to service improvements and user experience enhancements.
    • Requirements

      • Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
      • Experience in customer service, especially within the entertainment or technology sectors.
      • Excellent communication skills and a customerfocused approach.
      • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
      • Proficient with customer support software and standard office applications.
