Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer support to Czechspeaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Effectively resolve customer inquiries and technical issues, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products and services to provide accurate and helpful information.
  • Document all interactions and outcomes in the company’s CRM system to maintain comprehensive records.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure timely solutions for customer concerns.
  • Participate in training and ongoing professional development to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Engage in team meetings to share insights and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Requirements

      • Fluent in Czech, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
      • Strong customer service skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
      • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and deliver effective solutions.
      • Experience in customer service, particularly in the IT industry, is preferred.
      • Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
      • Familiarity with CRM systems and support tools is an advantage.
      • A proactive mindset, adaptability, and enthusiasm for new challenges in a fastpaced environment.
