Key responsibilities:

  • Support customers via calls, chats, and emails, providing tailored solutions.
  • Manage and prioritize incoming support tickets, reassign as needed.
  • Troubleshoot product issues and report defects for review.
  • Continuously learn and improve through research and training.

Reporting to the Team Lead, Customer Support, you’ll be an expert problem solver as you delve deep to provide tailormade solutions to our customers and and help pinpoint product issues as we continuously hone and refine our technology.
