Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate usergenerated content, including text, images, and videos, to determine adherence to community standards.
• Identify and take action on inappropriate, harmful, or misleading content according to company policies.
• Offer constructive feedback to users when necessary and escalate issues to management when required.
• Monitor user interactions and report any recurring issues or trends to improve content moderation practices.
• Collaborate with fellow moderators to ensure consistent enforcement of guidelines across platforms.
• Stay informed on platform policies and best practices in the content moderation space.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings, contributing insights to enhance moderation effectiveness.

• Requirements

  • Fluency in Bengali (native or equivalent), with strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in content moderation, online community management, or a related role is preferred.
