Roles & Responsibilities

  • Chartered Accountant with 2-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in manufacturing industry is essential.
  • Proficiency in accounting on S4Hana platform.
  • Knowledge of statutory audits and internal controls, with exposure to ICFR.

Requirements:

  • Prepare and review financial statements monthly and annually.
  • Conduct financial analysis, KPI, and variance analysis for reporting.
  • Manage statutory audits and coordinate with auditors.
  • Develop and implement financial policies, budgets, and cash flow management.

Job description

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Financial Reporting & Analysis for a leading Oil & Gas Company.

Job Profile:
Responsible for financial reporting, analysis and statutory audits
Financial Reporting of quarterly & yearly standalone and consolidated results of the company
Includes KPI, variance analysis and adopt an independent role in driving accounting policies and procedures.
Preparing and reviewing Financials on monthly basis for submission and reporting
Preparing the Annual Budgets, Long Term Plans, & Strategic Plans for the company
Manage the working capital requirements in coordination with bankers with fund based limits
Optimizing the funds by monitoring weekly cashflows
Implemented Internal financial Controls by helping consultants for drafting the RCM’s and SOP’s
Statutory audit

Requirements:
Chartered Accountant with 24 years of relevant experience
Manufacturing experience is a must
Person should be well versed with accounting on S4Hana and should take a lead in handling statutory auditors of the company
Exposure to establishing controls and internal controls for ICFR
Experience in Foreign reporting is a plus
