Inito is a comprehensive health testing company that lets you test for fertility hormones, diabetes, vitamins, thyroid etc. on an athome device and App. Our mission is to be present in every household worldwide with our patented technology that gives labgrade results at home.
Our first test helps couples trying to conceive know when they are most fertile, confirm if they ovulate and identify if their hormone levels are sufficient for a healthy pregnancy.
Inito is also the first athome medical device from India to clear the US FDA regulatory pathway, get featured on the Apple App Store and launch in the US.

Being a bridge between customers and Inito, you will manage all communications and provide exceptional assistance to our customers. Rather than just being the Voice of the Customer, you will also be acting as an active executioner for any implementation done on the customer end.

Acting as the primary advocate and the first line of support to the customer, you will understand the customer better, their concerns, health conditions and diseases
As a Product Expert, educate customers in all aspects of the device and its applications.
Being an exceptional ProblemSolver, youll be quick enough to understand, respond and resolve customer queries including but not limited to product demonstration, functioning, and installation.
Participate in regular testing of the application and fertility monitor; interact with clients either via phone, email or chat and resolve issues
Collaborate with Biotech, Hardware, Software and AI teams to understand which changes benefit all stakeholders
Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers, and followup to ensure full satisfaction after troubleshooting
Be detailoriented to gather feedback from the customers, maintain uptodate data, and present accurate and timely reports.
Looking for someone with:
Bachelor s Degree in Engineering, Science or Technology with specialization in Biomedical, Biology, Biochemistry or similar field
Exceptional communication in English and Hindi along with fluency in any regional languages Tamil andor Telugu.
Fundamental knowledge of medical devices and their applications
Handson experience with Microsoft Excel and understanding of computer systems
Ability to translate business requirements into product use cases or technical requirements
Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new products or update to existing products
Someone who can train users customers to use the product effectively
Someone who can demonstrate the ability to multitask and work on multiple projects and successfully deliver on time.
