About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Crypto Merchant Growth Specialist to lead the growth and adoption of Kinesis Pay, our global digital and realworld asset merchant platform.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding new merchants into the Kinesis ecosystem. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to drive expansion across retail, ecommerce, and digital platforms, helping businesses modernise their payments infrastructure using blockchainbased financial tools.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Proactively identify and engage prospective merchants in targeted industries to adopt Kinesis Pay.

Manage the full merchant onboarding lifecycle—from initial outreach to integration support and golive.

Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, providing continuous support and guidance.

Collaborate with product, marketing, and technical teams to ensure a smooth and tailored onboarding experience.

Gather merchant feedback and insights to inform product development and future enhancements.

Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive positioning, and new growth opportunities.

Represent Kinesis at relevant fintech, crypto, and merchant industry events.

Develop and track KPIs related to merchant growth, retention, and payment volume adoption.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in merchant acquisition, partnerships, or business development—preferably in fintech, payments, or crypto.
Strong understanding of digital payments, ecommerce platforms, and cryptoblockchain applications.
Proven track record of delivering sales targets or onboarding goals in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport and manage longterm relationships with a diverse merchant base.
Selfmotivated with the ability to operate independently and drive initiatives from start to finish.
Familiarity with APIs and technical integrations is a plus.
