Our Customer Success team is looking for a motivated, Berlinbased Customer Success Team Lead (fmd) to take charge of one of our German CSM teams. Reporting directly to the Global leader of Customer Success, you’ll lead a group of passionate Customer Success Managers, ensuring our customers extract maximum value from our products. In this highimpact role, you’ll not only elevate team performance but also play a pivotal part in driving Moss’s revenue and growth. This is an exciting opportunity to coach, inspire, and develop a team that’s eager to level up.
