As quantum computing grows exponentially, we’re assembling an elite team that actively shapes the evolution of quantum technologies.

We are seeking exceptional experimental Physicists with deep quantum computing expertise, strong software development (especially Python), and excellent communication skills. As a Customer Success Engineer, you will be the technical bridge between QM’s cuttingedge solutions and our customers. You’ll guide them through implementation, adoption, and ongoing utilization of our hardware and software, ensuring that each partner—from strategic enterprise accounts to individual research labs—maximizes the value of QM’s quantum control systems.

Depending on region and strategic partnership, your focus may include:

· Designing and implementing automated calibration frameworks

· Serving as a dedicated Success Manager for strategic quantum computing partners

· Leading technical implementations for multiple customer accounts in your region

This role provides unprecedented exposure to diverse qubit types, quantum architectures, and groundbreaking experiments, placing you at the forefront of quantum innovation.


Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • MasterPhD in quantum physics
  • 4+ years of Experimental quantum information science, computing, and related quantum physics fields
  • Proficiency in Python and demonstrable software development skills
  • Track record of developing scalable technical solutions (particularly in automated calibration or advanced lab automation)
  • Experience in coordinating crossfunctional teams to achieve project goals
  • Strong technical communication and interpersonal skills, plus full fluency in English (written and spoken). Regional roles (e.g., Japan, Taiwan) also demand proficiency in the corresponding local language.
  • Willingness to travel for customer engagements

      • Own and drive technical relationships with designated strategic partners, translating their complex requirements into actionable solutions.
      • Collaborate closely with R&D to refine QM’s hardware and software offerings based on customer needs, experimental insights, and market trends.
      • For those working on specialized accounts, design and implement automated calibration tools and frameworks that streamline quantum computing workflows.
      • Work closely with customers to achieve their quantum computing research objectives
      • Develop and deliver training materials, workshops, and best practices that empower customers to successfully implement quantum control systems
