As the business is growing, we are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. You will play an important role in ensuring our customers have a seamless and delightful experience when using our services. You will be the face of our company, assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our commitment to sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries via phone.
• Assist customers with the mobile app, including booking a car, explaining features, and addressing pricing and billing questions.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally and promptly, aiming for a swift resolution.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our EV fleet, including charging procedures and vehicle features.
• Registering complains of customers.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Assist with administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• English Language (B2 or higher)
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in the automotive or rental industry will be considered an advantage.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent problemsolving abilities and a customerfocused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
• Independent Microsoft Office user
