Provide technical advisory and troubleshooting support during repair activities.

Lead and manage on-site service teams during work execution.

Create service work reports and communicate progress to relevant stakeholders.

Job description

Main responsibilities:

Perform Field Service activities according to the work plan on 2 stroke engines and auxiliary systems.

Perform advanced mechanical as well as electronic & automation and system integration related troubleshooting on 2stroke engines and auxiliary equipment.

Perform technical advisory for repair activities executed on customers responsibility.

Commissioning of service products On site team leading and managing of the assigned team and related activities during the work execution.

Interact with customers during the work execution.

Interacting with Field Service back office and Technical Service during work execution.

Perform internal and external progress status updates of the assigned work.

Create the Service Work Reports.

Proactively consulting, advising and promoting available solutions and products to customer.

Requirements:

Education & Experience: Bachelor or Master in Mechanical Engineering, Ship Operation Engineering or equivalent with 6 10 years of Field experience on 2stroke engines. Exposure on products will be an added advantage.
