Job description

✨ This isn’t a role within Accordus — but we think it’s so good, we’re helping another amazing company find their perfect match!

Job Title: Client Project Coordinator
Reports To: EVP
Location: 100% Remote (work from anywhere with great Wi-Fi and your favorite mug)
Hours: Part-time (25–30 hrs/week)

About the Role

Do you get a thrill from seeing projects run like clockwork? Love that satisfying moment when you check the last box on your to-do list? As our Client Project Coordinator, you’ll be the glue that holds projects together — keeping clients happy, timelines tight, and deliverables top-notch.

You’ll be the friendly, organized, detail-obsessed captain who steers small to mid-sized projects from “Yes, let’s do this!” to “Wow, that was amazing!” Every project you touch will move smoothly from kickoff to final client high-five — all while working closely with our talented team and clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

Project & Task Magic

  • Be the go-to person for all approved client projects.

  • Turn approved quotes into clear, actionable milestones and tasks in ClickUp (our project management playground).

  • Add all the juicy details — due dates, priorities, time estimates — so everyone knows exactly what’s what.

  • Tag and prep tasks for the right teams (Tech Ops, DevOps, and more) before sprint planning.

Sprint & Team Coordination

  • Queue up tasks for upcoming sprints with precision.

  • Partner with the Scrum Master to ensure every task is ready to roll.

  • Keep an eye on progress, making sure priorities stay… well, prioritized.

Quality Control & Delivery

  • Review delivered work with an eagle eye — if it’s not right, send it back with crystal-clear feedback.

  • Make sure everything meets (or exceeds!) the client’s expectations before it’s marked complete.

Client Happiness

  • Be the friendly face and voice for clients from start to finish.

  • Keep them updated, address blockers early, and celebrate wins together.

  • If the scope changes, you’ll handle it with clear communication and smooth approvals.

Wrap It Up Right

  • Follow our documented processes to the letter (we love a good process).

  • Ensure the final client sign-off, send the thank-you gift, and close out the project with style.

What Makes You a Great Fit
  • 2+ years in project coordination, account management, or client success — ideally in SaaS or tech.

  • You’ve worked with project management software (bonus points if you’re a ClickUp wizard).

  • Organization is your superpower, and you can juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball.

  • You’re a strong communicator who builds great client relationships.

  • You’re a self-starter who can run with a project from day one.

  • Bonus: you know your way around sprints or agile workflows.

Why You’ll Love It Here

  • Flexible, remote-first culture — work from your home office, favorite coffee shop, or tropical beach.

  • A team that values great communication, clear processes, and high-quality work.

  • The satisfaction of making clients genuinely thrilled with their projects.

If you’re ready to take charge of projects, delight clients, and keep things moving like a well-oiled machine — we’d love to meet you!
