Job Description:A Job Scope : Networking & Security

1 Maintain MCPI LAN & WAN Network and ensure Zero
Unplanned Downtime.
2 Monitor ISP Links and log complain and ensure Resolution
within SLA.
3 Make link utilization data sheet on regular interval.
4 Configure Fort iGATE and Check Point firewall and update
policies to maintain security compliance 100%.
5 Upgrade and maintain Firmware Version of Network Devices,
Email Gateway device, Antivirus, Proxy device etc. as and
when required.
6 Maintain EndPoint AntiVirus and resolute issues related to
same.
7 Generate Weekly Virus Status report of EndPoints &
Servers from Trend Micro.
8 Maintain Wireless Emergency Communication System
(DMRWalky Talkie system). License agreement renewal with
Ministry of Communication yearly.
9 IPSec tunnel configuration between MCPI and different
systems.
10 AudioVisual Equipment Software version upgradation.
11 Create and maintain existing SOP’s related to
Infrastructure of MCPI.
12 Maintain and Review Network Diagram of MCPI.
13 Maintain all Communication Links and weekly reporting on
the utilization part. Maintain load balancing between all links.
14 Maintain a Database of all Network & Security Devices

B Job Scope : End user Support
1 Provide PC Hardware related support to Users.
2 Provide Application related support to Users
3 Check Email communication error of Users.
4 Resolve Internet connectivity issues of Users.
5 Setup Video Conference connectivity.
6 Maintain Inventory of all IT equipment including Peripherals.
C Job Scope : Application Development
1 Required knowledge on development of inhouse application
for different uses.
2 Knowledge on SQL queries Python or any other programing
language.
D Job Scope: Commercial
1 Provide Department Operational Expenses to Finance on
monthly basis along with monthly Liability sheet.
2 Track expenditures to comply with the budget allocations of
IT.
3 Prepare a Process Flow for Budget Preparation.
4 Responsible for preparing yearly budget for IT.
5 Prepare note sheet for new procurement and generate
Purchase Requisition in SAP.
6 Supervision of Payment process to Vendor after Service
Entry Sheet Good Receipt in SAP.
7 Monitor all AMC contract and accordingly plan for approval
and prepare purchase requisition.
