Diploma in Tool and Die Making or BE in Mechanical Engineering., Proficiency in CREO 3D and 2D design tools., Good understanding of product design concepts and materials., Knowledge of Indian and international standards, GD&T, and tolerance analysis..

Key responsibilities:

  • Design and develop mechanical products using CREO software.
  • Ensure designs meet quality and safety standards, including GD&T and tolerance specifications.
  • Collaborate on prototype development and manufacturing processes.
  • Apply knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes like die-casting, moulding, and stamping.

Job description

Technical Skills:
Good Knowledge about product design concept.
Proficient in CREO 3D and 2D
Knowledge of Product Raw material.
Knowledge of Indian & International standards.
Knowledge of Design tools like DFMEA, DFM, DFA,QFD etc.
Knowledge of prototype process.
Knowledge of different processes like diecasting, moulding ,stamping etc.
Having knowledge of Patenting process.
Should have very good experience in GD&T and Tolerance analysis
Tool Knowledge:
Creo2.0 (Sheetmetal,. Plastics, Surface Modeling, Assembly and Drawing Creation)


Education Required:
Diploma in Tool and Die Making BE Mechanical
