Electromechanical Design Engineer
Electromechanical Design Engineer, you will be part of an Agile and flexible
organization, creating a safer, reliable, connected and energy efficient future. In
charge of the mechanical design for new electronicsmechatronics bricks
embedded in our new products.
An allround team player, heshe uses knowledge of mechanical,
electromechanical, and mechatronic systems or products to lead engineering
project teams and to interface with cross functional peers for the development of
new offers or evolution of existing offers.
He She will work in a close collaboration with other Technical Designers, Product
Technical Leaders, and several entities such as Quality, Marketing, Purchasing,
Industrialization and Certification.
Responsibilities:
 Identify and develop technical solutions with an innovative approach
 Support future product concept development using appropriated simulation
tools and analyses.
 Accountable of technical tasks within projects (quality improvement, small
adaptation for customer).
 Contribute to the validation of product modification (definition, followup, and
review of laboratory tests)
 Finalize technical documents and specifications for industrial implementation,
working closely with the manufacturing team
 Be a member of the Board of Change on assigned range of product
 Ensure Product Design File consistency and robustness in our Data
Management System.
 Oversee development of the product definition file: 3D component modelling,
3D assembly creation, 2D drawing creation using GD&T, BOM creation, and
development of other specifications.
 Ensure robustness of the technical support in terms of methodology, tests,
tools, documents.
 Be part of our Agile transformation.

Skill sets:
Basic skills:
 Candidate Should have a minimum experience of 35 years in
Electromechanical Mechatronic new product development with Agile mindset.
 Basic Knowledge of Tooling and manufacturing process and different type of
materials.
 Should have good knowledge on different Prototyping technologies
 Ability to manage the design activities independently and exhibit the ownership
quality.
Core skills –
 Should have a strong hold on the Creotool to design parts in PlasticSheet
metal.
 Ability to identify the functional conditions in assemblies and do the tolerance
stack analysis
 Should have very good knowledge on Geometric Dimensioning and
Tolerancing.

Preferred skills –
 Having experience in LV panels.
 Basic knowledge of mechatronic will be appreciated.
