Responsibilities :
Gather requirements from functional users and design, develop, and test solutions using the Interoperability tools data access and visualization tools supported by the D&A team
Define data queries needed to satisfy the requirements and work with users to validate the accuracy and quality of the data extracts to be used by the visualization apps.
Learn to use the Data Integration tools to develop the necessary and do development
Resolve production issues
Work with users as they validate the accuracy of the data and respond to requests for changes
Work with the IT operations team to raise the necessary ServiceNow change requests to move all the necessary objects from Test to PrePROD to PROD
Serve as the L2L3 resource as necessary to assist in troubleshooting issues that arise to diagnose and fix those issues
