Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM technologies.
Proficiency in Cloud HCM tools like Oracle Integration Cloud, HCM Extracts, and BI/OTBI Reports.
Experience in building reports and interfaces across HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Talent Management modules.
Relevant certifications in Cloud HCM are preferred.

Implement and support Cloud HCM solutions using Oracle technologies.

Handson experience with Cloud HCM technologies including Oracle Integration Cloud, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BIOTBI Reports, HCM Data Loaders, HCM Spreadsheet Loader
Experience in working on onshoreoffshore model is preferred.
Technical Experience in building Reports and Interfaces across modules Global HR, Payroll , Benefits ,Compensation and Talent Management
Excellent Communication skills, to be able to work independently
Assist in the identification, assessment and resolution of complex technical issuesproblems
