Job description

Our client is a forward-thinking company that leverages the latest AI technology to build software faster and smarter. We are seeking a talented Full-Stack Developer who is passionate about modern development practices. In this role, you will primarily work within the Lovable AI platform to build, deploy, and maintain robust full-stack applications. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who understands software engineering fundamentals and is excited to apply them within a powerful AI-assisted environment. You will be working on a part-time basis (20 hours/week) with the opportunity to transition to full time 40 hours per week during US business hours, with weekly payment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy full-stack web applications using the Lovable AI platform.
  • Develop and maintain APIs and backend services that connect PathFinder with third-party platforms (e.g., Segment, HubSpot, Salesforce, PostHog) and integrate third-party APIs and services within the Lovable ecosystem
  • Contribute to our React.js-based frontend UI for clients to interact with dashboards and insights
  • Build and maintain secure, scalable data pipelines for AI models and customer data processing
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to support onboarding configurations and client data needs
  • Troubleshoot bugs, develop patches, and ensure production reliability
  • Improve CI/CD workflows for faster, more reliable deployments
  • Implement logging, monitoring, and observability best practices

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience in full stack development (Node.js, React.js)
  • Proven experience with API integrations and data platforms like Segment.io
  • Strong understanding of database design, data pipelines, and analytics tooling
  • Familiarity with cloud-native development, security best practices, and scalable architecture
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, particularly in debugging production issues
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, AI/ML, and customer success teams
  • Bonus: Experience with AI APIs like OpenAI and knowledge of observability platforms like Datadog or Sentry

  • Backend: Node.js, NestJS, Prisma, PostgreSQL
  • Data & Integrations: Segment.io, PostHog, HubSpot APIs, Salesforce APIs
  • Cloud & Infrastructure: IBM Cloud, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes
  • AI & Data Ops: OpenAI APIs, ML model pipelines (experience a plus)

Note: This role uses Hubstaff for time tracking. This is a requirement from the client's investors for transparency and high-level productivity reporting and is not used for micromanagement.
