We are looking for a Manager Accounts & Finance for a global Fintech Startup. The client is a preseed 5M$ well funded startup with an experienced leadership team.
Job Profile:
Responsible for accounting operation, banking and cash flow management of all projects
Manage the statutory, tax and internal audits
Preparation of quarterly and annual statutory audit financials
Drive the business planning and forecasting process and alignment across the organization
Detailed financial analysis of all projects and proposals
Interaction with Banks, NBFCs, AIFs, etc for fundraising activities
Accountable for risk management, financial compliance and controls
Serve as an advisor to the team on accounting and taxation matters
Responsible for ensuring statutory compliances with respect to TDS, GST payments and ensuring payment of the taxes as per due date and filing of returnsforms and assessment
Effective review and supervision of all routine accounting activities
Requirements:
